It’s OK!  Tomorrow it’s a new day,  be pacient wiht you, start loving youself as you are, it’s important to want more from yourself every day and change will come too you. You will meet people who resonate with you or not, find books that show you the way.
    To be good is just an action, a decision, now and here. To be good is also a process, you’ll see it at some point that does’t exist good or bad si about acceptance, accepting everything that happens to you and around you.  It’s part of the process. Just be and let the feelings flood your body.

    Orice impas ai avea in viata ta, opreste-te , respira adanc, fa-o de cateva ori, fii constient de respiratia ta, ridica-te in picioare, inchide ochii, scutura-te bine, lasa corpul sa se detensioneze, simte cum pica toate grijile si problemele, deschide ochii si spune: Sunt aici, acum, sunt constient de deciziile pe care le fac acum si tot ce se intampla este numai spre binele meu. Sunt creatorul reactiilor mele, ceea ce vine catre mine nu este in puterea mea sa aleg, dar ceea ce decid sa fac pe mai departe este in totalitate alegerea mea.
